Journeys UnLimited provides evidence-based counseling for individuals and their families who experience addictions, mood imbalances, and other wellness challenges which interfere with overall happiness.  I have committed to the mental health field for over twenty years, providing individual and group services to adults and adolescents,  mandated and voluntary, in all stages of readiness to make changes toward creating a recovery to be proud of.  People deserve to be heard and to find their purpose, to feel a sense of belonging and personal power.  It is my mission to provide the best quality, tried and true counseling services in a most ethical manner.
