Whether you are seeking help with a specific challenge or guidance through a life transition, it takes a lot of courage to ask for help.  I trust your ability to find the answers, with or without me.  But sometimes we need an objective witness to listen to our story, untangle the confusion, and interpret the meaning.  Counseling can be that vehicle for change that helps you identify patterns of thinking and acting that have resulted in pain and frustration, and transform those patterns into experiences of hope and self-awareness.
I work from an eclectic model of therapy, spiritual and humanistic in nature, with a solid foundation in 12-step recoveries. I help people understand their unique experiences of self, relationships, and life.  Wellness is comprised of physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual care.  Sometimes the simplest changes create profound outcomes.
